All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) as everything is handmade. If you would like your order faster than turnaround time listed above they will be a 15.00 rush fee added to your total along with what it may cost to ship. Potential delays may occur due to high volume or issues with your local postal service. This is outside of my control.

If your package has been returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees.
