(Laser Engraving, Laser Cutting, 3D Printing, Custom & Kid Products)
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All products are custom-made, including laser-engraved, laser-cut, and 3D-printed items. Each item is created based on customer-provided details, designs, or approvals.
2. Design Approval & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, names, dates, sizes, fonts, and layouts. Once an order is approved or production begins, changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for customer-approved errors.
3. Natural Material & Process Variations
Laser engraving, cutting, and 3D printing may produce natural variations in color, depth, texture, layer lines, or finish due to material characteristics. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
4. Proofs & Mockups
Digital proofs or mockups (when provided) are for layout reference only. Final products may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to material differences and screen display settings.
5. Production Time
Production times vary by product, material, and order volume. Estimated turnaround times do not include shipping and may change during peak seasons.
6. No Returns or Refunds on Custom Items
Because items are personalized, all custom sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved issues will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once laser engraving, cutting, or 3D printing has started, cancellations are not accepted.
9. Customer-Provided Files & Designs
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, resolution, and legal rights of any files, logos, or images submitted. We are not responsible for engraving or printing issues caused by low-quality or incorrect files.
10. Use, Care & Material Limitations
Products are intended for decorative or light use unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, or improper care.
Kid Product & Safety Disclaimer
11. Not a Toy
Items intended for children are not toys unless explicitly stated. Many products may include small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
12. Adult Supervision Required
All kid-related products should be used only under adult supervision. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.
13. Choking & Safety Warning
Some products may pose a choking hazard. Always inspect items before use and discontinue use if damage occurs.
14. Jewelry & Wearable Items for Kids
Children’s jewelry and wearable accessories are for fashion or special-occasion use only. Remove before sleeping, bathing, or active play. Not intended for teething or chewing.
15. 3D-Printed Items for Children
3D-printed items may contain layer lines or rigid materials and should be used with care. These items are not certified as child-safe or chew-safe unless explicitly stated.
16. Intellectual Property
All original designs created by our business remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission. Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer.
17. Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
18. Customer Information & Privacy
Customer information is used solely to process orders and provide service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
19. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes inappropriate content, copyright violations, or does not align with our policies.
20. Policy Updates
Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
